March of Dimes Canada (MODC) has launched a comprehensive national stroke survey, in English and French, to better understand life after stroke from people who experience it directly.
The survey explores physical and mental health, emotional well-being, family life, employment, and social engagement after stroke. Findings from the study will inform the purposeful design of innovative, new services and resources available through March of Dimes Canada’s After Stroke program.
As a thank you, participants will have the chance to win a gift card of up to $100. Winners will have the option to choose from almost one hundred types of gift cards.

The survey is open now and closes on February 27, 2023.
